Review and approval — what happens
After you click Submit, your campaign sits in DRAFT status while a real human reviews the creative. Most submissions during business hours clear in under an hour.
What we check
- Truth. Claims you can back up. No fake countdowns, no false guarantees.
- Safety. No prohibited categories — firearms, regulated substances, gambling without proper licensing, adult content.
- Originality. Your trademarks and logos. No competitor logos, no trademarked phrases you don't have rights to.
- Functionality. Destination URL works. Landing page loads. Phone number rings. Form submits.
What gets rejected
- Misleading claims ("voted #1" without a source)
- Fake urgency or fake countdowns
- Adult content, hate speech, illegal services
- Prohibited categories per network policy
- Copyright/trademark infringement
- Destination URL broken or unrelated to the ad
What happens when you're approved
Status flips from DRAFT to ACTIVE. Your ad enters the auction. You'll see impressions starting to flow within minutes. We email you the approval confirmation.
What happens when you're rejected
Status moves to PAUSED with a rejection reason. We email you a one-paragraph explanation. You can edit the campaign and re-submit — usually one round of edits clears it.
💡 Pro tip
Want to skip the rework? Before submitting, read your ad copy out loud. If a friend would say "that sounds spammy" or "do you actually have proof of that?" — fix it before submitting. The review team has the same instinct.
How long does review take?
Most submissions during business hours (9am – 6pm CT, Mon–Fri) are reviewed within an hour. Off-hours submissions are reviewed the next business morning. We don't review on weekends or federal holidays — plan accordingly if you're targeting a holiday weekend.
